Northern Lights Fizz Cocktail

The Northern Lights has a few names, including, the polar lights or southern lights, but its official name is Aurora.
‘Aurora occurs when solar winds travel towards the Earth and get past the magnetic field, when the protons and electrons from the solar wind come into contact with the Earth’s atmosphere, they release energy that causes the Northern Lights.

Weingut Dürnberg is located in Austria, in the village of Falkenstein, where wine has been produced since the 12th century, Dürnberg cares very much about the cultivation of their vineyards, they have been Sustainably Certified, over half of their annual harvest is sold overseas, with their wines going to Europe, Asia and North America.
