Oaky & Toasty Award Winning Wines 2025

The judges at the Glass of Bubbly Awards place each wine into a relevant consumer-friendly category. They are then scored for how well they fit that category, with the highest scoring winning the trophy.

For the Oaky & Toasty Category, the judges were looking for a wine that expresses a smoky, toasty and/or oaky style character.

Judges Tasting Notes – Beautiful oaky and toasty aroma with biscuit and hints of hazelnut. Complex layers of toast, brioche with nuts and a hint of citrus, peach and apple.
