Olly Smith Opens Bolney Estate Visitor Centre

Olly Smith officially opened the new visitors centre at Bolney Estate by sabering a bottle of Bolney Bubbly  on the balcony! The event featured beautiful canapés from Four Gables, which included goats cheese mousse with chili jam and parmesan sable, charred beef kebabs with béarnaise sauce, salt and pepper calamari with Asian dipping sauce and Pimms Ice Pops!

There was also an ice cream van with free 99 flakes and tastings of all the Bolney wines and cheeses from High Weald Dairy.

The new visitors centre features a fantastic viewing balcony overlooking the vines and a brand new café with new seasonal menu featuring local produce. There is also a new wine shop where they run wine masterclasses every Saturday. They also run tours and tastings throughout the tour season and now put on a variety of special evening event such as pop-up restaurants. The venue can also be privately hired for parties etc.
