Pancakes & Prosecco

The trend this year for pancake day is to make your pancakes sparkle. If you want something different than just ordinary pancakes then try adding 4tbsp of Prosecco to the batter and enjoy the fizz of Prosecco pancakes. You can still enjoy your normal toppings, we recommend traditional lemon and sugar and round it off with a glass of Prosecco as well.
