Paradise of Pink Cocktail

Get ready to pull the pin and release an explosion of red berry joy, blending perfectly together inside the glass, using some of the amazing winemaking skills of Vina Huba Martinčič and the craftsmanship from Pull The Pin Rum, combined with the ripeness of our freshly picked Strawberries and Raspberries, this is going to be a Paradise of Pink in a glass.
The Sparkling Wine – HUBA
HUBA Wine Growing and Oenology is a new family estate, creating their wines in the image of their noble soil, gentle sunshine, mild climate and the hard work gifted by their people.
They worked hard to include their vineyards in the Agri-Environment Climate Programme (KOPOP), where they protect their soil against erosion through continuous grass planting, keeping up to date on pest control and not adding any synthetic mineral nitrogen and avoiding the use of insecticides.
Vina Huba Martinčič – Vialina Brut Rosé – Tasting Notes
Aroma – “Soft pink floral, freshly picked, ripe strawberries, crushed raspberries, pink blossom, lavender and more natural goodness on the aroma.”
Flavour – “Sharper strawberries initially, fueled by the bubbles, a touch of herbal gardens with nettles and chives, then back to the berries, with redcurrant, black cherry juice and raspberries on the palate.”

The Rum – Pull The Pin
Founder, Tom Foster grew up as a curious kid in a family of chefs, joining the military at seventeen, Tom Foster got the opportunity to travel across the world, picking up knowledge of the local spirit production and experiencing the world’s many spices, he became known as the ‘Spice Soldier’, helping to boost morale with experimental spirits and spiced-up rations.
While in the military his love of Rum grew, from enjoying it as a drink on Christmas morning to warming him up after ice-breaking drills in Norway.
After an injury, it was time to leave his Army Commando career behind and step into his next adventure.

Kerry and Tom first met while working in their military careers, he soon realised she’d be a perfect business partner, who would help bring Pull The Pin into the world.

- Rosé Sparkling Wine – HUBA
- Pull The Pin – Raspberry & Strawberry Rum
- Ginger Syrup
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
How To Make The Paradise of Pink Cocktail
- Start with 15mls of Pink Rum
- Add 10mls of Ginger Syrup
- Top up with 100mls of Rosé Sparkling Wine
- Then Fill the Glass with Strawberries and Raspberries
- Pineapple Leaf (Optional)
