Domaines Paul Mas  is a 1000-year-old estate is still run by the Mas family, with Fourth-generation vintner Jean-Claude Mas currently taking the helm. The winery is located in the beautiful south of France in the Coteaux de Languedoc AOC between Pézenas and Sète on the Mediterranean coastline.

Also at the London Wine Fair, Paul Mas will be presenting Coté Mas Gewürztraminer (as featured in Glass of Bubbly magazine Issue 11), the first sparkling wine made 100% from this grape in the Languedoc region.

Owner Jean-Claude Mas comments: “Innovation, expansion and a constant need to push the boundaries of what is achievable in the Languedoc is at the heart of our company’s philosophy. I’m excited to be showcasing such a wide variety of new wine styles at this year’s LWF, including our delicious Astélia rosé, sulphite free wines and some new sparkling wine styles. In fact, I can safely say that visitors to this year’s fair should expect our most diverse offering to date.

London Wine Fair is taking place from 3rd – 5th May 2016 at Olympia (Kensington).
