Prosecco Bottle Bar – Interview With Founder Lee Emery
2nd April 2025

In this feature, we speak with Lee Emery, the founder and director of the Prosecco Bottle Bar, who is currently helping many wonderful people enjoy the world of Prosecco. Let’s find out a little about his life in the world of wine.
It’s Great To Speak With You, Lee. Can You Tell Us A Little About Yourself & What Inspired You To Create The Prosecco Bottle Bar?
“After being in the military, I decided to go into the events industry. From this, I realised that pop up bars were an exciting niche where I could bring people together. “Sometimes the best ideas come from blending a little imagination with courage and a splash of Prosecco”
In Terms Of The Range & Style Of Prosecco Available, What Can Customers Expect To Discover Within The Prosecco Bottle Bar?
“We offer a complete bespoke bar, tailored to each event or party. If a Prosecco and Champagne bar only is required, we work with the client’s budget, offering a range of Prosecco and Champagne best suited. We also offer the option of a full bar, including draft beer. We even have a frozen cocktail machine that goes down very well for those summer events.”
Do You Have Any Future Plans For The Prosecco Bottle Bar, Which We Can Look Forward To In The Coming Years?
“We are currently in talks with an international drinks brand about using the bottle as part of their marketing campaign, which sounds very exciting. We have also just introduced a smaller version of the bar to cater for future indoor events. I’m now looking at expanding the concept to more events and even exploring other creative themed pop up bars.”
Can You Share With Us One Of The Most Memorable Experiences You’ve Enjoyed With A Glass of Bubbly?
“A personal memorable experience for me with a glass of bubbly was on my wedding day in the Amalfi coast. And not forgetting the day we brought home the Prosecco Bottle Bar.”
Thank you, Lee, for sharing your story and experiences with us and we at Glass of Bubbly wish you the very best for the future!
