Prosecco Elixir Cocktail
26th April 2023
The sweet taste of Prosecco is about to get even sweeter, with a natural gin elixir joining the afternoon experience.
While enjoying some wonderful cheeses, crackers, chutneys and more, craft Glass of Bubbly’s Prosecco Elixir Cocktail to accompany the moment.
The Prosecco – Bianchin
The Vineyards of Bianchin are located in the heart of Montello, where nature and memories unite, shining light on a glorious past for the Bianchin family.
Responsible for the production of their Asolo Prosecco DOCG, the family takes great care in nurturing the vines, with the hope that the terroir of the land is captured within the fruit and that it speaks its greatness and shares its secrets in nobility and its richness in spirit.
Bianchin – Asolo DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato – Tasting Notes

The Aperitif – Slake Spirits
Slake Spirits started like many micro distilleries do, close to home, with them turning their garage into a distillery.
Located on the South Coast of England in Shoreham-by-Sea between the South Downs National Park, the River Adur and the Sea, a haven that has a historically deep connection with nature.
Their Bacchus Wild Elixir is part of their Aperitifs selection, with the Bacchus grapes used being grown in Sussex, they produce them annually in October, with 1333 bottles being crafted in 2020, and when it’s gone, it’s gone, we got to enjoy bottle 794, each bottle is hand batched and bottle numbered, giving each bottle a personal and unique touch.
