45% Pinot Noir

30% Chardonnay
Nil Dosage

A golden yellow colour. The nose is dominated by apple, peach, apricots and tropical fruit aromas. Brioche bread notes with a hint of mild tobacco on the palate.

Blanc de Blancs Signature

100% Chardonnay

Green tints, with a lemony nose.Smooth, lively and refreshing with mineral, peach, pear and pineapple notes and persistent aromas. Extremely refreshing.

Brut Icone

 

50% Pinot Meunier
30% Pinot Noir
20% Chardonnay

Pale gold colour. Lively, round and refreshing with floral and exotic aromas.

Brut Blanc de Noirs

70% Pinot Noirs
30% Pinot Meunier

An amber golden yellow colour. Expressive nose of ripe grapes. Full and rich on the palate, with hints of dried fruit, pear, quince and red berries. Very persistent aromas.

60% Pinot Meunier
30% Pinot Noir
10% Chardonnay
Contains 10% red wine from old vines of Pinot Meunier & Pinot Noir.
25 grams of sugar per litre.

Light salmon colour. A subtle sweetness with fresh aromas of ripe fruit and red berries.
