Combining nature and drinks together, a passion project that has led to a revolution, uniting the wonderful creations grown on this planet and the talent of winemakers and distillers to help produce some amazing creations.

This Cocktail delivers a taste of nature, from wild brambles, rhubarb and garden herbs to the grapes grown all the way out in the small but powerful wine producing country of Slovenia.

The Sparkling Wine – Simonič

The story of Penine Simonič begins in the late 1990s, when Ivan Simonič decided to focus on making Sparkling Wine, he became the first Sparkling Wine producer in Bela Krajina, and the first bottle of Semiška Penina was crafted in 2000.

Aroma – “Smooth, almost creamy golden fruits, ripe white peaches, pear drops and pear blossom delicately touch on the aroma.”

Flavour – “Very smooth, silky, golden and white fruits, grapefruit, persimmon, and more fruits from the exotic side of the world, with notes of foliage and white floral on the palate.”

Rhubarb and Bramble Gin Liqueur

Shetland Reel, located at the very top of the British Isles on the Shetland Islands, where the North Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, a place of mystery and secrets, of long summer days and long winter nights.

Their Saxa Vord Distillery, which produces Shetland Reels liquor, is the most northerly in the UK, started by four people sharing a passion for producing top quality products in the local community, situated at the northern end of Unst, the most northerly inhabited island in the UK, only accessible from the Shetland mainland by two ferry journeys, via the island of Yell. It is closer to Norway in distance and in culture than it is to much of Scotland.
