A peculiar cocktail to share, but one that might just be what you’re looking for. Roast chicken is enjoyed by millions as a Sunday Roast and we’re yet to find a suitable cocktail to accompany the loved meal, perhaps this could be the one, are you curious enough to give it a try?
Prosecco – Bianchin

Aroma – “Delicate floral characters, with white blossom, white floral, white pear blossom, yellow floral, buttercups and violas, with green pears, white pears and some yellow stone fruits on the aroma.”
Flavour – “Soft white fruits, white pears, with some yellow stone fruits, wild white, yellow and blue floral to explore on the palate.”

- A Sprinkling Of Coriander
- Garnish With A Leg of Roast Chicken
Roast Chicken Cocktail Tasting Notes
Aroma – “Roast chicken with a subtle line of coriander on a bed of ripe yellow fruits and wild floral on the aroma.”
Flavour – “The coriander travels around the palate, and as it does, notes of ripe yellow fruits, oak, caramel, burnt oak, wild yellow flowers and a very tiny hint of roast chicken on the palate.”
