With its charming Ruby Red colour, the lightness of its pin-point bubbles, and the amazing fruity delights of its flavours and aromas when fresh red berries blend delicately with apple and rhubarb, Cuvée Rosé Initial captures the flavours of summer.
Aptly named, the Cuvée Rosé Initial is the very first wine crafted by Laurent Lyothier under the Pink Frog brand.
From the first sip, this sparkling wine is expressive and elegant. Rosé Initial is a Cuvée d’Exception, made by the Méthode Ancestrale, the fruit of a thousand-year-old savoir-faire.
The grapes are carefully selected from several of the best Alpine vineyards. Laurent Lyothier is sourcing grapes and supervising all aspects of winemaking and labelling.
The spectacular sites of these vineyards are ideal for producing elegant wines with great fragrance, finesse and acid structure and provide long, elegant, fruity and mineral characters, perfect for sparkling wine
Taste: Soft and fruity, with a vibrant acidity, typical of French Alps vineyards, yet well balanced by natural sweetness and low alcohol content, the signature of a truly unique and rare style of sparkling wines.
