Revival Rum Prosecco Cocktail

How To Make The Dusty Honey Cocktail

  • Spread Honey around the outside of your glass
  • Sprinkle Bronze Dust onto the Honey
  • Pour in 20mls Rum
  • 30mls Cranberry Juice
  • Top up with Rosé Prosecco
  • Finish with a twist of Black Pepper

“A delicate sweet touch to the lips with honey and sweet bronze dust, the prosecco and cranberry juice provide a calming raspberry, pink strawberry, and ‘cranberry’ flavour profile with a pure underline of sugar cane with grassy and hay notes, the twist of black pepper adds that subtle kick to the palate, rounding off the taste experience distracting your palate from the sweetness at the close, making it easier to drink more.” – Glass of Bubbly

Villa Sandi – Prosecco DOC Rosé

Villa Sandi is one of the most famous and loved Prosecco Houses in Italy, they have had a foothold in the region since 1622, thanks to the Moretti Polegato family, but offer so much more than just Prosecco.

Villa Sandi has the gift to be able to produce Prosecco and Traditional Method Sparkling Wines in a sophisticated way that can be enjoyed by everyone, from a small gathering of friends, all the way up to the Opera.
