‘In 1984, the desire to achieve something big arose. Since then, we have been breaking new ground and producing high-quality sparkling wine using traditional bottle fermentation. We cultivate 10 hectares of vineyards, organically, of course… Our locations in Rheinhessen and the Palatinate allow us to produce sparkling wine base wines that have minerality, depth and complexity. The grapes that we harvest by hand are processed carefully and only the heart of the grape – the cuvée pressing – is used for our sparkling wine.’ – Raumland
