It is defining the new rules of English sparkling wine, having established the largest single organic vineyard in the UK, covering an area of more than 800 acres.

Allowing their Blanc de Blancs to rest on the lees for 4 and a half years gifts the taste experience with additional brioche, and biscuity notes that integrate with the fruit characters of the wine.
