Skinny Champagne is a high-quality no sugar Champagne. It’s made by the traditional process but without adding the usual ‘dosage’ of sugar – this doesn’t compromise its delicious taste but does make it ‘skinny.’ The No Sugar, Grand Cru ‘Skinny Champagne’ is from Alexandre Penet, a Champagne house renowned for its low-dosage cuvées.
It has already been extremely well received in top end store Selfridges and restaurants such as Nobu.
Amanda Thomson is the passionate figurehead for Skinny Champagne. She is developing a fast-growing reputation as a leading female entrepreneur and an important figure in the wine industry.
