Celebrate St Patrick’s Day with some Champagne or sparkling wine cocktails!

St Patrick’s Day Cocktail
30ml Midori
25ml Irish Whiskey
Champagne or sparkling wine

Pour the fizz into a flute first, then add the midori and whiskey to get a green colour.

Irish Lady
30ml Midori melon liqueur
Champagne or sparkling wine
30ml orange juice

Pour the fizz into a flute first, then add the midori and orange juice.

Death in the Afternoon
Pour 40ml of absinthe into the glass
Top up with Champagne

Black Velvet 
Stout (such as Guinness)
Champagne

Fill glass halfway with Champagne. Pour chilled stout over an upside down spoon so it flows gently into the glass and rests on top of the Champagne.

Arise my Love
Champagne
1 tsp green creme de menthe

Put the creme de menthe into a Champagne flute.
Fill with Champagne.

….Or you could cheat a little and add a bit of green food colouring to your drink.
