Three Choirs Classic Cuvée
18th April 2025

One of England’s oldest vineyards, located in the heart of Gloucestershire. Three Choirs offers romantic getaways, weekend breaks, and a wonderful brasserie along with wine tastings.
“Very fresh and clean, with a delightful display of green apples, pears, gooseberries and more to enjoy, then we discover some wild floral notes spreading across the aroma, with white floral, rose petals and pink rose petals, there’s more to explore, but I’ll allow you to spend the time discovering the aroma. Heading onto the flavours, it’s smooth and well rounded, with a zestiness from the crisp green apple acidity, with gooseberries, dried lemons, and a variety of dried floral and rose petals to fall in love with.” – Glass of Bubbly

Food Pairing Suggestions: At Three Choirs, we don’t like telling you what to drink and eat as it’s such a personal thing and our tastes are all different. We could say that Bacchus goes very well with asparagus, but if you don’t like asparagus, you may feel you won’t like Bacchus, which would be a great shame! To help get over this problem, we have introduced new menus in our brasserie with lots of different flavours, so you can try for yourself and decide what you like. You are in control! – Three Choirs
The Harvest: The Vineyard is south facing on sandy loam soil… Most vines are 10-20 years old, all grapes are hand-picked. The 2019 harvest produced an above average crop with good ripeness levels and, most importantly, a good level of crisp acidity. The wine required minimum intervention in the winery… – Three Choirs
