The Sparkling Wine – Vina Povh
Vina Povh – The Povh family has been in the wine industry since they planted their first vines on the hills above Vipava Valley in 1935, their modern adaptation came into effect in 1985 when their father, Stanko, took over the family vineyards and began paving the way towards brand recognition and producing quality wine from the region.

The Rum – Pull The Pin
Founder Tom Foster grew up as a curious kid in a family of chefs. He joined the military at seventeen and got the opportunity to travel across the world, picking up knowledge of the local spirit production and experiencing the many spices of the world, he became known as the ‘Spice Soldier’, helping to boost morale with experimental spirits and spiced-up rations.
While in the military his love of Rum grew, from enjoying it as a drink on Christmas morning to warming him up after ice-breaking drills in Norway.
After an injury, it was time to leave his Army Commando career behind and step into his next adventure.

Kerry and Tom first met while working in their military careers, he soon realised she’d be a perfect business partner, who would then help bring Pull The Pin into the world.
Kerry lives life with enthusiasm and gives her all in everything she does. She’s full of endless questions about the world and fascinated by all she sees.

- Vina Povh – Muškatna Penina
- Pull The Pin – Passionfruit & Pineapple Rum
- Pineapple Chunks
- Pineapple Juice/Blended Pineapple
- Lime Juice
How To Make The Tropical Burst Cocktail
- Fill Your Glass With Pineapple Chunks
- Pour in 15mls of White Rum
- Add 10mls of Lime Juice
- 50mls of Pineapple Juice
- Top up with Sparkling Wine
- Then Add A Golden Umbrella To Top It Off

Flavour – “Rewarding, it’s exciting to taste, with smooth characters, delivering a hearty texture. A wonderful blend between a smoothie and a cocktail, with fresh ripe pineapple, mango, peach, apricot, starfruit, green grapes and more from the tropical side of the world. It gives a noticed, but soft, display of alcohol from the silky Rum and fizzy Sparkling Wine, both complementing, but not distracting from, the tropical display.”
