ROSATO BRUT AMORINO
Obtained from the vinification ‘in rosè’ of red skinned grapes, this wine, with its intense pink colour, achieves its sparkling status through the Charmat method. Its dry taste and pleasant aroma with nuances of raspberry and strawberry make it the ideal companion for any dish. Excellent any time.

 

CHARDONNAY BRUT CALLISELLE
Produced with the long Charmat method where the fermentation in steel containers is very slow and extends for six to twelve months at low controlled temperature. This truly elegant brut made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, after being refined in bottle for several months has a fine bouquet and is a great appetizer when served really cold. Perfect with seafood and crustaceans.
