White Castle vineyard is dedicated to producing a variety of quality award winning welsh wines using first class viticultural practices. Our classic sparkling wines are made in true champenoise method with its second fermentation in the bottle.
White castle sparkling rose 2012 brut is an elegant and attractive sparkling rose with strawberry and summer fruit aromas, leaving a mouth watering finish.
A ‘must try’ with seafood, the mousse has a delicious style that enhances oysters and shellfish. Ideal with canapés and as an aperitif.
White castle sparkling white 2012 has a pale straw colour and a nice delicate mousse. With hints of elderflower and gooseberry and biscuity flavours.
Goes well with appetizers or starters. It also goes well with fish and very light meals, and of course as an after-dinner celebration.
