J Vintage Brut
27th May 2015
The 2008 vintage features elegant coconut, brioche, and succulent honey aromas, mixed with soft citrus notes of lime, Meyer lemon, and tangerine.
There’s a creamy mouthfeel that’s almost viscous.
Because of extended yeast contact, there are many intricate nuances that make this a decadent delight. Full flavors are accented with baking spices, cinnamon, and caramel, leading to a lengthy finish.
The perfect acidity keeps it fresh while allowing a layered structure to shine through. Pair this with a lemon and olive crostini served as a light appetizer, or, on its own to toast a special celebration.
