Cava Jaume Giró i Giró
24th June 2026
Cava Jaume Giró i Giró is located in Spain, in the heart of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, known as the ‘capital of Cava’. It is an historic family-owned winery that has been producing high-quality, handcrafted sparkling wines for over 100 years. Established in 1926 by Ramon Giró i Mata, the winery combines traditional methods with sustainable agriculture.
The traditional method of production results in complex, creamy, and distinctively fresh cavas.
As Ramon Giró Gramona, a graduate in pharmacy and the oenologist representing the third generation of their family, says, “I strive daily to contribute my knowledge and expertise to this remarkable family project. My goal is to preserve the uniqueness and excellence that have defined our winery for over 100 years. I lead the company by following our family’s principles, ensuring sustainable development throughout the entire process of vine cultivation and the production of our organic cavas and wines, while also focusing on waste management and the responsible use of natural resources and raw materials.”
