“I’ve been working in the beverage industry for over 4 years. I have a diploma in hotel management, which has offered me operational knowledge and experience. I’m from Sri Lanka and I specialise in Cocktail preparation and creation. I also have experience working with craft beer, wine, spirits and Cocktails, as well as knowing their optimal food pairings. I now work in the Lime Bar, at Taj Exotica Resort Palm Jumeirah, a paradise resort in Dubai.” – Faizal Fazaldeen

What was the inspiration behind your Green Lady Cocktail?

“This drink combines citrus and sparkling. It has a good citrus flavor and the Champagne gives a high grape variety flavors and the hand of Rosemary infused Damarara sugar syrup gives a good balance for the citrus.”

Ingredients

• Champagne
• Gin Mare
• Limoncello Liquor
• Lemon Juice
• Demerara Sugar
• Foamee Drops

How To Make The Green Lady Cocktail

• 120ml of Champagne
• 30ml of Gin Mare
• 30ml of Limoncello Liquor
• 15ml of Lemon Juice
• 30ml of Demerara Sugar
• 3 Foamee Drops
