Champagne Flavoured Crisps

Fortnum and Mason have started selling luxury crisps. Made with home-grown produce from the family farm in Cambridgeshire and hand-cooked in small batches, the Savoursmiths snacks come in different flavours including Champagne and truffle.

Champers & Serrano Chilli: ‘The crisp bubble of Champagne is accented with a touch of sea salt and a warming kick of Mexican mountain pepper Serrano chilli’

The makers say they are obsessive about the best ingredients and farming methods and every crisp is cut from the family’s home-grown British potatoes and small-batch cooked in their own rapeseed oil, which has 35% less saturated fat than regular cooking oil and is rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9 and Vitamin E.

These follow on from the success of Marks and Spencer ‘Fizz and Sparkle’ crisps
