Champagne Grand Prieur Rosé Brut
15th October 2014
This Champagne is made from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir grapes, of which 10% are fermented with skins on.
TO THE EYE: A seductive shade of pink that is warm and deep. Small, delicate bubbles.
TO THE NOSE: An expressive, rich nose that reveals a fine, sophisticated bouquet dominated by red fruits.
TO THE PALATE: This Rosé blend has great depth and subtle flavours. A taste that begins as sharp and elegant culminates in a fresh finish.
HOW TO ENJOY: Discover it as an aperitif or at the table with a beef carpaccio, tartar of wild salmon or prosciutto. This lovely Rosé would also be a pleasant partner to desserts featuring red fruits such as a strawberry cake.
