Champagne and Beef Brisket

It’s time to sit back and enjoy a traditional Jewish dish and enjoy a Glass of Champagne which the famed Champagne Author, Michael Edwards chose as his favourite Sparkling Wine for the year 2021.

A Brisket is from one of the 9 primal cuts of a cow, it is a piece of meat from the breast or lower chest, it’s a tough piece that requires hours of cooking to correctly tenderise it.

The Beef Brisket is famously mentioned on The Big Bang Theory, a U.S TV which consists of 12 seasons from 2007 to 2019, one of the characters, Howard Wolowitz and his mother often loudly communicate about eating Beef Brisket for dinner.

Beef Brisket is a traditional Jewish meal, often served on Jewish Holidays such as Hanukkah, Rosh Hashanah and Passover, it is more commonly associated with the American Jewish community.
