Available as either a brut or a demi-sec, Tradition is a blend of 75% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from 2 different harvests and ages for at least 18 months in bottle.
Tasting notes
The attractive pale gold colour, the very lively bubbles and the fresh fruity aromas culminate in a fresh and lively palate complemented with a soft and silky texture.
As a brut Champagne, Tradition is unbeatable for cocktails and aperitifs. The demi-sec is ideal with sweet desserts or foie gras.
