Immich-Anker wine estate is an old family-run estate where wine has been cultivated since 1425.
The family’s secrets are passed from father to son and the winery is now run by the 17th generation.
The Immich family is one of the oldest winemaking families of the Mosel. The winery is located in a villa in Gothic Revival style. The family’s home and cellar, which are listed in the historic register dating, were built by Heinrich Immich in 1897.
The wine estate is now led by Daniel S. Immich.
In the original vaulted cellars of 1897 the wines of the winery are still produced today and uses up to 70-year-old original natural oak barrels and stainless steel tanks.
Riesling Brut Sekt
The Sekt stays three years on the lees, hand riddled, traditional bottle fermentation. Delicate yeasty-nutty notes. On the palate rather creamy with matching mousse.
