“My name is Filip (cyppino) and I’m from Slovakia. My hospitality career started in Malta straight after my school which was actually about cars. So I started as a waiter and somehow I ended up behind the bar. Lots of fun, meeting so many different people around the world because I’ve been doing it for over 12 years now. Even tho I like to make my Signature Cocktails, I’m not a very big fan of drinking them. I personally prefer to order Negroni and Espresso martini, while sitting at the bar counter so I can see bartenders’ skills” – Filip Putovny

What Was The Inspiration Behind Your Zest For Life Cocktail?

“Italy. Amalfi lemons and Prosecco. That was my actual inspiration for this Cocktail. After so many combinations I found this recipe as a twist for the Old Cocktail.”

The Recipe For The Zest For Life Cocktail

Ingredients

• Prosecco
• Lemon Oleo Sacrum
• Sugar Cub
• Limoncello
• Lemon Sacrum Powder

How To Make The Zest For Life Cocktail

• Pour in 150 ml of Prosecco
• 10 ml Limoncello
• 2dsh Lemon Oleo Sacrum
• 2dsh Angostura Bitters
• Then Apply Some Lemon Sacrum Powder on the Side of the Glass
