Using hand-selected botanicals, Dog and Spoon Distillery create their gins in a carbon-neutral way and hand distil in small batches, bottled and labelled in their eco-friendly converted grain store distillery in Derbyshire, they look at every aspect of being sustainable, from the glue on the label to the stopper and bottle itself.

Ingredients

• Sparkling Wine
• Gin
• Salt
• Lime Juice/Lemon Juice
• Lime

How To Make the Salty Lime Dog Cocktail

• Start with 15mls of Gin
• Top up with Sparkling Wine
• Add a Sprinkling of Salt
• A Couple of Lime Drops
• Add a Lime Wheel As a Garnish

Aroma – “Adding the sprinkling of salt really helps to liven the characters, with a smooth zestiness of lemon and lime, with saline, and even lime sherbet on the aroma.”
