Camel Valley offers a variety of sparkling wines, including the ‘Cornwall’ Brut, Pinot Noir Rosé Brut,  Annie’s Anniversary Brut and a sparkling red.

Camel Valley’s Pinot Noir Rose Brut 2021 won a Gold Medal at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2025 in the Gastronomic Category. It is a beautifully balanced, light pink, traditional method sparkling wine. With lovely, floral and delicate strawberry fruit aromas and is full of strawberry and raspberry flavours. This beautifully elegant wine pairs so well with a variety of food, including lobster, seafood, charcuterie, cheese, smoked fish, spicy dishes and creamy dishes. It also pairs well with fruit-based desserts like strawberry cheesecake, raspberry tart, sorbet and summer pudding.
