“My name is Surajit Dey, I’m from India (Kolkata) I became a bartender because I have a passion for mixology, there is a lot of story behind every Cocktail & Sprite and I’m always eager to learn about it. My favourite part of being a Bartender is making new Cocktails, I guess it’s every Bartenders dream.” – Surajit Dey
What was the inspiration behind Bea Frizzy and when did you first make it?
“I created the Cocktail 1 year ago because I really enjoy sweet Cocktails and passion fruit is my favourite. This idea came to mind when I wanted a sweet Cocktail with an Indian touch, so I tired kaffi lime leaves with Sparkling Wine and added some passion fruit because it is my favourite and I wanted it in the Cocktail, this creation of mine didn’t come by any inspiration, I was just testing a few ingredients and enjoyed it. so I asked my friend to try and they also like it.”

- Fresh Citric Syrup
- Passion Fruit Syrup
- Pic Kaffi Lime Leaves
- Sparkling Wine

How To Make The Bea Frizzy Cocktail
- Usually Served in a Long Coupe Glass
- Pour in 10 mls Fresh Citric Syrup
- 15 mls Passion Fruit Syrup
- 30 mls Gin
- 3 Pic Kaffi Lime Leaves
- Top-up With Sparkling Wine
- Garnish – Kaffi Lime Leaves
