Revival Rum Sparkling Wine Cocktail

How To Make The Cocktail

  • Pour in 20mls of Spiced Rum
  • A couple of drops of Cinnamon Syrup
  • Top up with traditional Method Sparkling Wine
  • Add a dash of Cinnamon Powder and a few Cloves

“A warm Caribbean breeze to the aroma, delicate and inviting notes of cinnamon, cloves, molasses, sugar syrup, honey glazed ham and a touch of oak on the aroma. The palate opens up with a firework display, cinnamon burst through the front door in powder and sweet syrupy form, the cloves come from above, notes of oak barrel, bark, dried tropical pineapples, golden fruits and hints of banana come from below, its a frenzy to sarisfy the palate, one that is enjoyed as a synchrony of chaos.” – Glass of Bubbly

Bodega Cruzat – Cuvée Extra Brut

Bodega Cruzat was founded in 2004 by a group of Chilean businessmen and by Argentine agricultural engineer and winemaker Pedro Federico Rosell.

Revival Rum

Crafted from scratch on Revival Rum‘s farm in the heart of Northamptonshire, England, and as farmers, they offer support to their rural communities and British Farmers by donating £1 a bottle to RABI (Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution).

James Singlehurst, their master distiller with over 20 years of experience and passion for rum, inspired by the traditional Jamaican rum production methods, has crafted three spirits at Revival Rum, including the Pure Cane, Spiced Rum and Honey & Anise Rum.

Crafted with a quality molasses-based rum and blended with a selection of Caribbean spices and herbs:

Tasting Notes – “Sweet and smooth woody spices, cloves, pepper, grassy/hay and apricots.”
